Our client is a leading global data and analytics business and they are now recruiting for a Client Relationship Manager, a role which focuses on building and growing Telco accounts across the region. You’ll work with the likes of Huawei, Opal, Vivo etc to introduce and up-sell services which help your clients make better investments and business decisions. As a Relationship Manager, you will work with new and existing clients to identify opportunities and position the company’s solutions. The role and responsibilities include:

 

  • Working with teams in local markets to help improve engagement with end clients. Providing support and guidance to regional teams
  • Establishing and building relationships with key decision-makers (existing and new clients)
  • Analysing and presenting data to senior-level clients
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and news
  • Travelling to meet clients as required

 

To apply we are looking for someone with the following skills/experience:

 

  • Relevant experience in sales or account management (5+ years)
  • Strong client skills and ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to negotiate and comfortable with new business development (approx. 30%)
  • Prior experience in relevant role (e.g. market research, consulting, business development, account management etc)
  • Prior industry knowledge in Telco would be preferred
  • Ability to ‘hit the ground running’ and learn new markets and products quickly
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (both essential)
  • Ability to travel
  • Some hands on experience with analysis and/or comfortable with data
