Our client is a global advertising consultancy which provides its clients with insights along with specialist expertise and advisory. Their clients are global fortune 500 brands as well as a range of other businesses such as governments and education institutions.


This newly created Account Manager role will sit in the Singapore office, working with clients across the region, to ensure they are getting maximum value out of the portfolio of services provided.


You should love talking on the phone, with bubbly personality and a natural affinity for building rapport with a range of people. You will spend a lot of your day on the phone speaking to clients and working with internal teams to report back insights from clients as well as identifying any issues being faced. You’ll identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to clients, referring any opportunities to the relevant account and sales teams.


This is a very strategic account management role, focused on engaging with current clients to capture valuable information and helping to ensure that clients are really engaged with the brand.


For this role, we are seeking candidates with 2+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, sales or market research. You should have a strong knowledge of marketing/advertising and a passion for building your career in this space. The salary on offer is SGD 4-5k per month, but may be negotiable for a star candidate.
