This is a one-off and extremely exciting opportunity which we have recently taken on, for a commercial and consultancy focused professional with several years of experience. This multidisciplinary role combines business development, project management and consulting – you will initiate, lead and deliver highly strategic and complex projects for your clients.


Our client is a global advertising consultancy which provides its clients with insights along with specialist expertise and advisory. Their clients are global fortune 500 brands as well as a range of other businesses such as education institutions, governments etc. Projects tend to be a combination of secondary research combined with additional input from industry experts, and may be complemented with clients workshops and other outputs.




  • Understanding client requirements, writing proposals and winning projects (with support from sales and account teams)
  • Helping to develop and drive revenue growth in APAC, working with a range of regional clients
  • Continually building relationships externally and internally across the business (sales, account management teams, senior management etc)
  • Leading projects from proposal to delivery – ensuring projects follow the client brief and are delivered on time and within budget
  • Creating highly visual reports and presentations - ensuring they are strategic, insightful and impactful
  • Confidently delivering presentations to clients
  • Keeping up to date with developments and trends in the marketing and advertising space


Required experience:


This role combines a wide range of responsibilities and we are therefore seeking someone with a wide range of skill sets.


  • 5-8 years of experience in a relevant role – e.g. market research, advertising or consulting with strong knowledge of the marketing and communications landscape
  • Ability to create outstanding deliverables which are highly creative and impactful
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Stakeholder management skills – can engage with and manage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including clients, third party vendors, etc
  • Strategic and highly analytical
  • Prior experience developing unique, highly valuable proposals for clients
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work with some degree of ambiguity - this is a newly created role and you will be responsible for driving forward a new proposition with clients
  • Experience working with clients across a range of industries
  • Prior working experience in Singapore


The salary is negotiable depending on experience.
