They get tasked to answer the most strategic questions for their clients, from predicting the future of consumer travel, to helping identify growth opportunities in the f&b space, working with clients across a range of categories (from tech to FMCG to education).


Now hiring for a Senior Manager or Associate Director for their Singapore office, our client is looking for someone special who can embrace and drive change – with an appetite for continued self-improvement & learning, along with the ability to drive innovation in the research process itself. A key factor in the success of this business has been the constant innovation and introduction of new methodologies and combinations of approaches, to create something truly unique for each client and project.


The role will focus on inspiring clients and acting as a trusted partner. You’ll be a project lead (as well as supporting other project leaders from time to time) and your role will cover everything from training and mentoring juniors, to meeting clients, writing proposals and being hands on with research execution and delivery.

  • 6-8 years of experience in Quantitative research with strong analytical skills
  • Prior experience working on a wide range of customised research (preferred)
  • Ability to think creatively and tackle any type of client brief (even the ones you are less comfortable with)
  • True passion for research, insights and data – as well as a belief in the power and impact it can have on a client’s business (when done properly)
  • Openness to learn new research methodologies
  • Down to earth, flexible and fun to work with
  • Prior experience working in Singapore
