Our client is a well-established insights agency with a portfolio including custom research, technology solutions and strategic content services. For the past 20 years, they have carried out work across the region for a mix of international companies, government agencies and NGOs.

Now hiring for a Senior Executive or Manager (depending on experience) you’ll get the opportunity to work closely with an interesting client portfolio in Singapore and neighboring markets. You’ll play a key role in delivering research outputs and supporting the provision of strategic insight to your clients and you’ll get the opportunity to work on a wide range of engagements, including high profile and confidential studies of a sensitive nature.

Responsibilities will include:

• Client liaison, attending briefing meetings, managing client expectations
• Developing integrated approaches for clients utilising a range of approaches including traditional and innovative methods
• Helping to design, set up and deliver projects and coordinating large-scale studies
• Analysis and translating insights into strategic reports and presentations
• Helping to train and mentor juniors and interns
• Working with a wide range of stakeholders including data and operations teams, third party vendors, management etc

Experience/skills required:

• Experience in Quantitative research projects e.g. methodology and sample design, questionnaire creation, report writing etc) At least 2/3 years of experience
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate your thoughts and ideas well
• Ability to interact well with various stakeholder groups, and manage both internal/external expectations
• Ability to visualise data and write
