Description

In 2021, versatility has been one of the most sought after skills from the employers we work with, and will only continue to grow in demand. Whether it’s for a role on the agency or client-side, as a Researcher your ability to act as a Consultant to your stakeholders is always the ultimate goal, and the insights you develop will only be as powerful as the toolkit you have to draw on. This is a great opportunity for a researcher who has largely been working in Quantitative research, to go beyond and gain broader exposure to a much wider portfolio of projects and methodologies, all the while working with exciting clients like Unilever, Facebook and Google.

Firstly, this is a newly created position in Singapore so you’ll be carving out the role for yourself – An exciting start! Drawing on your strengths and capabilities in Quantitative research, you will immediately hit the ground running with the development and management of largely digital quantitative projects for blue chip clients. With the company’s growth and expansion of its Qualitative offer unfolding as we speak, you will soon get an opportunity to dip your toe into a variety of Qualitative work, gaining exposure to pure Qualitative as well as mixed-methodology projects, above all with a focus on using innovative tech-based solutions rather than traditional approaches.

This role is likely to suit you if you are…

  • Experienced in quantitative consumer research projects, ideally custom research (several years’ experience)
  • A are confident communicators with a friendly, courteous and tactful approach
  • Well-organised and enjoy a somewhat ambiguous scope of role where you will work on both Quantitative and Qualitative research projects
  • Highly motivated and can work to deadlines
  • Able to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Strong in written and spoken communication

While some prior Qualitative experience is desirable, it is not essential and we are open to consider candidates who are (at minimum) able to demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of Qualitative methodologies, and a desire to learn more in this space. Above all, we’re looking for a confident, curious and team-spirited researcher to help boost this research team’s capabilities as part of their ongoing regional growth plans.
